today a fren says: "ur face chubby chubby de, bf hao ming, can nie"
I reply: "bf face is also chubby chubby de, can nie also" haha..

Anyway, today is a happy day! :)) cos it's Tuesday for an awesome pole class! no work, instead went for a happy outing of great movie n food with colleagues! I wore a L size top as a dress! I smiled at strangers (prolly like every tue i smiled at angmoh strangers at boat quay area)! n most imptly, hun hun hun! muack! .... n maybe or prolly Holland will win tonight! haha..


Pole moves:
Beg, Level 1 - spins (can say is cleared) - fireman, hurkey, back, boomerang, chair, ...
Beg, Level 2 - climbs (cleared except seated teddy) - flying pole cat, crucifix, seat, no-hand seat, thai hold, cradle spin, plank, side plank
Int, Level 3 - inverts (on the way clearing) - basic invert, inverted crucifix, bat, bow n arrow, handstand n elbow-stand moves 1,2,3 (butterfly), chopper, gemini (coming up)
Int, Level 4 - adv inverts (next level)
Adv, Level 5 n 6 - all combined n cheoragraph
